These terms and conditions apply to the ordering, purchasing and delivery of goods from this website. By using this website in any manner you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Pricing and Payment:
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars. We accept payment in the form of direct debit. For customers paying by direct debit, your goods will be dispatched only once funds have been received by us.
Shipping:
Shipping is charged at a flat-rate of $5 per hamper purchase to a single location and is delivered using a courier service. Whilst a guide of 3-5 days is given by the courier service it is not the responsibility of Society Melbourne to meet these timelines.
Product Variation:
We source our hamper products from independent social enterprises. Due to the fact that these products are made in small batches, some products in the hampers are subject to product variation and customers may not receive the exact same product that is pictured in the product images.
Refunds and Returns:
In the event of products being damaged in delivery you can return the items. All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen you can return the damaged items and we will resend the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.
No refund or returns will be offered on products for any other reason except for damage.

Privacy:
The personal information that you provide to us for the purposes of using the site, including your contact details, will be collected and used by us for the purpose of its collection. We may send you occasional marketing emails relating only to Melbourne Community Goods. Your information will not be shared with any third parties. Variation:
We may at any time amend, modify or adjust the terms of this agreement.
